About the role

We are expanding our commercial presence across the Middle East and beyond. As a Sales Export Manager based in Mesaieed, Qatar, you will shape and drive export sales across multiple markets, developing strategies, growing key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and deliver export sales development plans based on past performance, company strategy and market trends.
  • Manage and control sales activities aligned with defined objectives and targets.
  • Participate in major contract discussions and negotiations with key customers.
  • Create new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and customer follow‑ups.
  • Support key account relationships and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a bridge between sales, tendering, supply chain and plant operations to ensure alignment on product availability, contract terms and customer requirements.
  • Provide structured weekly, monthly and annual reports to management.
  • Monitor competitors and market conditions, including pricing, products and delivery schedules.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, offering solutions and recommendations.

Required profile

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • Experience in the cables industry, utilities or oil & gas sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of Middle Eastern markets and business landscape.
  • Proven track record in sales, developing and closing opportunities.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with strong market awareness.
  • Ability to work across global teams with operational excellence and strong communication skills.
