About the role
We are expanding our commercial presence across the Middle East and need a Sales Export Manager to lead export sales from our Mesaieed hub. You will shape export strategies, grow key accounts and open new market opportunities, directly influencing revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute export sales development plans based on performance data, company strategy and market trends.
- Manage sales activities to meet defined objectives and targets.
- Participate in major contract discussions and negotiations with key customers.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and follow‑ups.
- Support key account relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales, tendering, supply chain and plant operations to align product availability, contract terms and customer requirements.
- Provide structured weekly, monthly and annual reports to management.
- Monitor competitors and market conditions, including pricing, product offerings and delivery schedules.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, offering solutions and recommendations.
Required profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- Experience in the cables industry, utilities or oil & gas sector is a strong plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Middle Eastern markets and business landscape.
- Proven sales track record with ability to develop and close opportunities.
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong market awareness.
- Ability to work across global teams with operational excellence and strong communication skills.
