Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicles to lead the DOMASCO Commercial Vehicles Division in Qatar. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will drive revenue and unit‑sales growth through effective sales strategies, financial oversight and strong team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans for trucks, vans, buses and material‑handling products to achieve revenue, unit‑sales and market‑share targets.
• Lead, motivate and support sales executives and account managers, setting clear goals, conducting performance reviews and monitoring KPIs.
• Build the fleet and B2B pipeline, visit prospects and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue and profit.
• Manage key customer relationships and lead high‑level negotiations to secure profitable deals and repeat business.
• Monitor margins, cost structures and ROI while managing pricing, discounts and finance or leasing packages with the finance team.
• Support annual budgeting, review sales orders and ensure credit customers meet payment terms.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, targets versus actuals and team activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline; engineering qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum five years of experience in commercial vehicle sales, including at least two years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing B2B, fleet and retail customer relationships and negotiations.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate market requirements into effective sales and stocking plans.
