Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

SafeByte-FSMS is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to join its Doha office. You will be responsible for driving lead generation, showcasing the platform to prospective clients, and managing the complete sales cycle while supporting marketing initiatives across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads, conducting product demonstrations for potential customers.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through negotiation to closing deals.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and maintain the company’s presence on digital platforms.
• Create and update sales collateral, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Respond to customer inquiries, build relationships with key accounts, and coordinate onboarding training sessions.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure messaging aligns with platform capabilities.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and propose ideas to improve market penetration and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities, with a talent for presenting complex solutions clearly.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience in a B2B environment, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
• Training skills to deliver product onboarding, workshops, and ongoing client support.
• Relevant experience in food service, food manufacturing, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
• Organizational competence, comfort with CRM and marketing tools, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
