Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base across the oil & gas, construction and industrial sectors in Qatar. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline and managing the full sales cycle from market research to deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts and decision‑makers, managing CRM data.
• Lead client meetings and presentations to understand training and consultancy needs.
• Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate commercial terms in line with profitability guidelines.
• Manage key accounts and act as liaison between clients and operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate with operations and finance teams on invoicing and payment collection.
• Monitor performance metrics and market trends to support strategic planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of business development experience, including at least 2 years in oil & gas or service sectors.
• Proven new‑business development, lead generation and account‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Valid Qatar residence permit (transferable) and driver’s licence; willingness to travel locally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
