Sales Team Lead – Qatar

About the role

D Prime, a globally recognised online broker, is looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive business growth, expand market presence and lead high‑performing sales teams in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand into new markets and grow the existing client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients, ensuring high‑quality service and support.
• Lead, manage, and mentor sales, business development, and key account teams.
• Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of KPIs within the assigned region.
• Oversee sales operations and collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve performance.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and support deal development and closing.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand strategy and sales standards.
• Organise and participate in events, webinars, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior sales role within Forex/CFDs.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving market expansion.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Strategic thinking with experience developing and executing business plans.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
