Senior Associate – L&D Project Manager

About the role
PwC Academy is seeking a Senior Associate to lead large‑scale learning and capability‑building projects across the Middle East. In this role you will manage end‑to‑end delivery of L&D initiatives, ensuring they meet client transformation goals and deliver measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute learning projects from inception to evaluation.
- Engage with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines and success criteria.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and ensure delivery against agreed milestones.
- Collaborate with learning designers, subject‑matter experts and technology partners to create effective learning solutions.
- Assess project outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing complex L&D or consulting projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
