Senior Consultant – Valuation (Deal Advisory)

About the role

KPMG Qatar is seeking a motivated Senior Consultant specialized in Valuation and Financial Due Diligence to join its Deal Advisory team. You will work directly with clients on M&A, strategic investments and other corporate transactions, delivering high‑quality valuation and due‑diligence services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and valuation of businesses, assets and liabilities using DCF, market multiples and precedent transactions.
• Perform financial due diligence for buy‑side and sell‑side transactions, including quality‑of‑earnings analysis and working‑capital assessments.
• Develop detailed financial models to support valuation and due‑diligence engagements.
• Prepare clear, well‑documented reports and presentations summarising findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with tax, audit and advisory professionals to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Support senior team members with proposals, client pitches and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Mentor and train junior staff.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in management consulting and/or Deals consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of financial statements, accounting principles and valuation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
