Senior Financial Systems Analyst

About the role

An established financial organisation is looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to ensure the stability and continuous improvement of its mission‑critical enterprise applications. You will act as the technical bridge between business users, vendors and internal IT teams, delivering reliable solutions that support core financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain business‑critical financial applications.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements and integration projects.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform application testing, quality assurance and produce technical documentation.
• Monitor system performance, recommend improvements and provide after‑hours support when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Experience with financial platforms or ERP solutions, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
