About the role
We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide expert guidance on complex strategic, operational and organizational matters. The role will work closely with senior leadership to shape HR strategy and support transformational initiatives across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Advise senior leadership on complex HR and organizational issues.
- Develop strategic recommendations and solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support workforce planning and drive organizational transformation projects.
- Review and enhance HR frameworks, policies and governance structures.
- Provide expert input into major initiatives such as mergers, restructurings, and culture change programs.
- Mentor and guide HR professionals and senior stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 18 years of progressive HR experience, including senior advisory roles.
- Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and delivering strategic HR solutions.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, organizational design and change management.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
