Senior HR Generalist – Construction Industry

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to lead performance management and HR operations within a construction environment. The role will partner with business leaders to drive talent initiatives and ensure effective employee lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee end‑to‑end performance cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, calibration sessions and performance improvement plans.
• Utilise Performance Management Systems to track objectives, KPIs, OKRs and competency frameworks.
• Produce HR analytics, dashboards and management information reports using advanced Excel.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, compensation & benefits and day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Act as a trusted business partner, providing guidance to managers and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience with a strong focus on performance management.
• Proven track record of managing performance cycles and using PMS tools.
• Experience in the GCC/Qatar market is preferred.

Required skills

• Performance Management Systems (PMS) proficiency.
• Advanced Excel for reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of KPIs, OKRs and competency frameworks.
