Senior HR Manager

About the role

Qureos Inc is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead multiple HR functions and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. This role reports to senior leadership and plays a pivotal part in shaping the company’s people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple HR teams, functions, or major initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across HR processes.
• Develop and implement HR plans that support the overall organizational strategy.
• Manage resources, departmental priorities, and budget allocations.
• Advise senior stakeholders on complex HR matters and provide strategic guidance.
• Monitor performance, governance, and organizational effectiveness to ensure compliance and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 16 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership of large HR teams.
• Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
