Senior Industrial Control Systems Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Industrial Control Systems Security Engineer to implement and operate information security controls within our Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) environment. You will develop procedures, manage cyber‑security risks, and raise the security maturity of our operations in line with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and operate security controls across large‑scale ICS/OT and ICT environments.
• Develop and maintain procedures to manage cyber‑security risks to acceptable operational levels.
• Increase the maturity of operational information security in accordance with corporate standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical leadership to ensure alignment with security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum seven (7) years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in large ICS/OT and ICT environments within the Energy sector, preferably Oil & Gas.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information security, or computer science.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Industrial Control System solutions such as Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and SCADA.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco network technologies.
• Proficiency with security technologies including firewalls and anti‑malware solutions.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, GIAC, GICSP, GRID) are highly desirable.
