About the role
The Senior Infrastructure Clerk provides essential clerical and administrative support to the Infrastructure Services department of QNB. This position ensures smooth handling of documentation, correspondence, and visitor management while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with bank policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage document control, filing, and records management for Infrastructure Services.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including printing, copying, scanning, collating, and binding.
- Maintain accurate logs, trackers, and ensure timely submission of forms and supporting documents.
- Support front‑desk activities: receive visitors, arrange security access, direct guests to relevant staff, and coordinate meeting‑room bookings.
- Coordinate vendor appointments and access badges in line with security procedures.
- Provide general administrative assistance to Infrastructure teams as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably within a large organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills for handling walk‑ins, calls, and emails professionally.
- Understanding of security and confidentiality requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
