Senior Interior Fit-Out CAD Drafter

About the role

Studio Échelle is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Fit-Out CAD Drafter to produce complete technical drawing packages for interior design projects in Doha. This hands‑on drafting role focuses on detailed construction documentation rather than concept design or project management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare complete tender and construction drawing packages.
• Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
• Prepare joinery, millwork, ceiling, flooring, wall and bathroom details.
• Prepare lighting, power, plumbing and sanitary layouts.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural and MEP information.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take‑offs, schedules and specifications.
• Review shop drawings and respond to technical RFIs.
• Ensure drawing packages are complete, coordinated and buildable.

Required profile

• Must currently reside in Qatar.
• Minimum 6 years of interior fit‑out drafting experience.
• Fluent English; Filipino/Tagalog proficiency is an asset.

Required skills

• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency.
• Strong experience producing complete interior technical drawing packages.
• Strong joinery and construction detailing experience.
• Good understanding of MEP coordination.
