Senior Kitchen Sales Officer

About the role

ABYAT, the leading retail destination in the Middle East, is looking for a Senior Kitchen Sales Officer to join its Doha store. You will independently manage kitchen sales opportunities, delivering tailored solutions that blend functionality and aesthetics while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations to capture customer requirements.
• Recommend customized kitchen solutions based on design and material expertise.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers and referral networks.
• Support junior sales staff as needed.
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen sales, custom joinery, or interior solutions sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
