Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, build and operate ML solutions that support services such as document processing and anomaly detection. The role involves preparing datasets, training and tuning models, deploying scalable inference services and maintaining full documentation throughout the model lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define machine‑learning problem statements and data requirements.
• Build and maintain data pipelines that ensure data quality.
• Train, evaluate and fine‑tune ML and deep‑learning models.
• Deploy models to production and monitor them for drift.
• Guarantee security, privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Optimize infrastructure performance and cost.
• Prepare technical documentation and model cards.
• Collaborate with developers for integration and improve MLOps pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI or Data Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in applied ML/AI.
• Strong experience with Python, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch, SQL and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, model monitoring and MLOps practices.
