Senior Non-Key Expert – ICT & Digital Modernisation

About the role

NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert to provide technical assistance for the EU‑funded Egypt Downtown Facility project. The role focuses on modernising institutional IT systems, digital workflows, ICT infrastructure, secure communications and cybersecurity within public administrations.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and modernise institutional IT systems and digital workflows to align with EU project objectives.
• Prepare technical assessments, specifications and roadmaps for ICT modernisation and secure communications.

Required profile

• Master's degree in ICT, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering or a related field.
• English at C1 level; Arabic is desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, including work on institutional IT assessments and digital modernisation.
• Proven experience preparing technical specifications and modernisation roadmaps.
• Knowledge of secure communications, information systems and cybersecurity requirements.
• Experience supporting digital modernisation in public administrations is a plus.
