Senior Project Architect

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Project Architect to lead the design and execution of construction projects. The role involves creating detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that all phases of the project meet quality and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Create comprehensive plans and drawings that clearly communicate the architectural design.
- Apply engineering, mathematics, science and material knowledge to develop optimal building solutions.
- Conduct site evaluations to verify workmanship quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee the construction process, providing recommendations and guidance throughout.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to define goals, schedules and budgets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture and construction.
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
- Skilled in Revit.
