About the role

As a Senior Spa Receptionist at MGallery, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking wellness experiences. Your warm welcome and attentive service will set the tone for a relaxing and memorable spa journey, especially for Arabic‑speaking visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and create a positive first impression.
• Handle spa reservations, appointments, and guest inquiries efficiently.
• Explain and recommend treatments, packages, and wellness experiences.
• Coordinate appointments with therapists and ensure a seamless guest flow.
• Manage guest records, payments, billing, and reception procedures accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to therapists and supervisors.
• Address feedback and concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products where appropriate.
• Support day‑to‑day spa operations and assist colleagues as needed.
• Uphold high standards of grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance.
• Follow spa policies, health and safety standards, and corporate procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) with excellent English communication skills.
• Senior‑level experience in spa or hospitality reception.
• Warm, discreet, and attentive personality.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to create personalized moments.
• Detail‑oriented with accurate record‑keeping and billing capabilities.
