Senior Strategy Manager – Technology, Media & Telecom

About the role

Monitor Deloitte is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to lead high‑impact projects for clients in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector across the GCC. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping digital transformation, operational efficiency and innovation strategies for senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders in the TMT industry.
• Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation, operational improvement and innovation initiatives.
• Drive business development, identify new market opportunities and design go‑to‑market strategies.
• Lead the delivery of large, complex consulting engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing team of consultants, directors and senior managers.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of experience in TMT consulting with a proven track record of leading strategy projects.
• Deep understanding of challenges and opportunities in technology, media and telecommunications, including digital transformation.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and commercial judgement.

Required skills

• Advanced quantitative skills: market sizing, revenue modelling, business case development and scenario analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft senior‑level presentations and storylines.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams across strategy, operations, technology, regulatory and risk.
• Comfort operating in fast‑paced proposal and delivery environments across multiple GCC markets.
