Senior Talent Acquisition Officer - Aviation (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to lead technical recruitment for aircraft engineering and maintenance functions for a client in Dubai. The role involves full‑cycle hiring, from sourcing to onboarding, and requires relocation to the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple technical and specialist positions.
• Source and attract high‑quality talent in aircraft engineering, maintenance and related disciplines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, oversee selection processes and perform pre‑employment checks.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency.
• Proven track record of full‑cycle recruitment in aviation, engineering or other technical environments.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
