Senior TIBCO Developer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior TIBCO Developer to join our fully remote team. You will design, develop, test, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO technologies, ensuring reliable delivery into the SIT environment and supporting business‑critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain TIBCO integration solutions (BusinessWorks, ActiveMatrix, BPM).
• Support and enhance the existing TIBCO integration landscape.
• Deliver high‑quality code to the SIT environment with minimal defects.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues across multiple interconnected systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Support third‑party connectivity and integration activities.
• Contribute to DevOps practices, including Git and Jenkins pipelines.
• Estimate development effort and assist project planning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks, ActiveMatrix, and TIBCO BPM.
• Strong experience in a DevOps environment using Git and Jenkins.
• Solid programming skills in Java, Unix, Shell scripting, and Oracle SQL/PL‑SQL.
• Experience with SOAP, XML, HTTP/HTTPS, and SSH/TLS certificates.
• Proven ability to estimate effort accurately and deliver projects on schedule.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently in a fast‑paced remote setting.
