Senior Travel Consultant

About the role

Fioreva Holidays is looking for a Senior Travel Consultant to join its Doha office. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end travel solutions for leisure clients, from initial inquiry through to post‑booking support. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, helping customers create memorable holiday experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Process flight reservations, hotel bookings and holiday package sales.
• Advise clients on destinations, itineraries and visa requirements.
• Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client preferences.
• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate travel information.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels and other travel suppliers.
• Follow up on bookings to ensure high service standards.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support overall business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a travel agency or consultancy.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets in a customer‑focused environment.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Currently based in Qatar (preferred).

Required skills

• Experience with Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre reservation systems.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations and visa procedures.
