Server Assistant / Busperson – Luxury Hotel Lounge

About the role

The Server Assistant is a key member of the Food & Beverage team at the Seasons Tea Lounge, delivering exceptional service and supporting the Food Server to ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clear tables and reset them neatly and rapidly according to Four Seasons specifications.
• Polish silverware and refill condiment containers throughout service.
• Perform side work such as cleaning crumbs tables and maintaining overall dining area cleanliness.

Required profile

• General food knowledge and a degree or diploma in Hotel Management.
• Good personal presentation, strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays with a positive, can‑do attitude.
