About the role
ABB is seeking a Service Sales Support Specialist to join its Service Division in Qatar. You will work closely with the sales organization and customers, providing technical expertise throughout the proposal process and ensuring cost‑effective solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Support the local sales team and customers in defining technically appropriate and cost‑effective solutions.
- Prepare and review technical and commercial offers based on customer specifications and internal directives.
- Analyse customer needs, competitor offers and market information to inform proposals.
- Determine solution costs and communicate them to the sales organization.
- Conduct lost proposal analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce tool.
- Current valid driving licence in Qatar.
- Ability to travel for factory acceptance tests, trainings and customer meetings.
- Strong communication, teamwork and proactive attitude.
