Siebel Architect

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Siebel Architect to lead the design, implementation, and integration of Siebel CRM solutions for a telecom BSS environment. The role combines deep technical expertise with team leadership and customer‑facing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain Siebel architecture using the latest versions (Siebel 17 onward, preferably 25.x).
• Lead a team of developers and supervise day‑to‑day project activities.
• Implement Siebel configurations, eScripting, and inbound/outbound API integrations.
• Develop and manage EAI, RESTful web services, EBC and VBC integrations, ensuring secure OAuth authentication.
• Collaborate with customers to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and propose technology solutions.
• Provide technical support for Siebel CRM and ensure alignment with industry trends.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture and Siebel Data Model.
• Techno‑functional experience in telecom BSS environments.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Excellent communication and customer‑management skills.
