About the role
Progeco Group is seeking experienced Site Engineers & Supervisors for upcoming construction projects. The position is site‑based with possible office support and is expected to start as soon as possible for an approximate one‑year duration.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise construction activities, monitor progress and ensure quality control on site.
- Coordinate site operations, manage subcontractors and maintain interface with clients and project teams.
- Apply construction methodologies, safety regulations and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC/EPCI construction sites, with proven site supervision and progress monitoring.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies.
- In‑depth understanding of safety regulations.
- Ability to read and apply technical drawings and specifications.
