Site Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to act as the Company’s representative on construction sites, ensuring smooth progress and effective communication with the Client and subcontractors. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, managing the construction team, and guaranteeing compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Client regarding construction progress and site activities.
• Represent the Company in all interactions with subcontractors and coordinate their work.
• Supervise and lead the on‑site construction team, ensuring tasks are executed on schedule.
• Prepare and issue daily and weekly progress reports for both the Company and the Client.
• Lead daily coordination meetings, especially during shutdown periods that require close collaboration.
• Plan, track, allocate resources and monitor subcontractor construction activities.
• Implement and enforce HSE procedures on site, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Oversee QA/QC processes to maintain required quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction projects.
• Strong ability to communicate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• In‑depth knowledge of health, safety, environment regulations and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent organisational and reporting skills.
• Capability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate complex site activities.
