Social Media, Graphic Design & Showroom Coordinator

About the role

CASTAMO is seeking a creative, client‑focused professional to manage its social media presence, produce graphic assets, and coordinate showroom activities. The role blends digital content creation with on‑site customer interaction, supporting both marketing initiatives and sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish daily Instagram, Facebook and showroom content, including Stories, Posts, Reels and promotional campaigns.
• Photograph and film furniture, materials and showroom displays.
• Design marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.
• Edit short videos with CapCut, Adobe Premiere or comparable software.
• Respond promptly to WhatsApp, Instagram and online customer enquiries.
• Follow up leads, schedule showroom appointments and update client information in the CRM.
• Welcome visitors, assist the sales team and prepare moodboards, furniture selections and client presentations as needed.
• Support opening and closing procedures of the showroom, including closing at 10 PM.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
• Strong experience in social media management and content creation.
• Good visual taste for furniture, interiors or lifestyle brands.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and following up on enquiries.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Currently based in Qatar.
• Experience in furniture, interiors, luxury retail or home décor is an advantage.
