Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and data‑driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to shape and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. You will design, execute, and optimise both organic and paid campaigns to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and improve engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter) and other relevant channels.
• Create, schedule and publish compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and other platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, ROAS and engagement rate.
• Conduct audience research and build targeted campaigns to maximise reach and lead generation.
• Manage social media budgets and allocate spend efficiently.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Produce monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand voice.
• Respond promptly to audience comments, messages and inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Proven track record managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting and engagement tactics.
• Ability to analyse data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
