Soft Services Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Soft Services Supervisor to lead the cleaning operations of a large commercial facility in Doha. The role involves managing housekeeping teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations and housekeeping staff.
• Allocate manpower, monitor attendance and schedule work.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify cleanliness standards.
• Ensure cleaning schedules are completed efficiently.
• Train, mentor and develop cleaning personnel.
• Monitor usage of cleaning materials, chemicals and equipment.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures.
• Coordinate with management to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management.
• Proven ability to lead medium to large cleaning teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals and equipment.
• Familiarity with CAFM/FM systems.
• IOSH, NEBOSH or other HSE training certifications.
• Valid Qatar driving licence.
