Spa Manager

About the role

The Spa Manager oversees all spa operations at our Lusail location, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient service delivery across salon, skin‑care, massage, and locker‑room areas. Reporting to senior management, the role combines staff supervision, budget control, and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of spa staff, including reception, reservations, and treatment areas.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms within budget constraints.
• Assist the Spa Director and assume full responsibilities in their absence.
• Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of all spa facilities and equipment.
• Manage operating budgets, payroll reports, and financial statements to meet financial targets.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and promote continuous service improvement.
• Conduct employee training, orientation, and performance feedback.
• Implement HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and employee recognition programs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in spa, guest services, or a related hospitality field.
