Spa Manager

About the role

The Spa Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities of employees delivering spa services, including salon, skin care, massage, reservations, reception, and locker rooms. The role focuses on ensuring both guest and employee satisfaction while achieving the operating budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily spa operations and staff across all service areas.
• Assume Spa Director duties in their absence, ensuring continuity of leadership.
• Maintain adequate supplies, equipment, and uniforms for all team members.
• Monitor budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports to support financial management.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment within budget constraints.
• Ensure cleanliness of the spa, related areas, and equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handle guest feedback, complaints, and empower staff to exceed expectations.
• Conduct HR activities such as employee feedback collection, orientation, training, performance monitoring, and progressive discipline.
• Promote a collaborative team environment, recognize achievements, and enforce property policies consistently.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in spa operations, guest services, or a related professional area.
