Spa Manager – Lusail, Qatar

About the role

The Spa Manager will lead the daily operations of our luxury spa in Lusail, Qatar. Reporting to the Spa Director, you will ensure seamless delivery of spa services, maintain high guest satisfaction, and support the achievement of financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all spa staff, including reception, therapists, salon, and locker room teams.
• Manage inventory, supplies, equipment, and uniform provisions within budget.
• Assist the Spa Director with budgeting, payroll reporting, and financial performance analysis.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all spa areas.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and promote a culture of exceptional customer service.
• Conduct HR activities such as employee feedback, performance coaching, discipline procedures, and recognition programs.
• Oversee training initiatives, new‑hire orientation, and ongoing skill development for the team.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in spa operations, guest services, or a related hospitality field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest and employee satisfaction.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Lusail.
