Spa Receptionist Intern

About the role

Park Hyatt Doha is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Spa Receptionist Intern to join our Spa & Wellness team. This internship provides valuable exposure to luxury hospitality, guest relations, appointment scheduling, and spa operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and professional guest service at the spa reception, handling inquiries and check‑ins.
• Manage appointment scheduling for spa treatments, ensuring accurate bookings and timely reminders.
• Support daily spa operations, including coordination with therapists and maintaining reception area standards.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑oriented attitude.
• Shows strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a busy reception environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.
• Previous experience in customer service or front‑office roles is an advantage.
