About the role
The Spa Service Expert – Therapist joins The Ritz‑Carlton Doha to deliver memorable spa experiences for guests. You will promote spa services, manage reservations, and ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s Gold Standards.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
- Schedule reservations, confirm appointments, and check‑in guests.
- Answer guest inquiries about spa offerings and process payments.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and uphold quality standards.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and moving items up to 10 lb (25 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or professional licence needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency with reservation software.
- Ability to schedule reservations and check‑in guests.
- Experience processing payments.
