Steward (Hotel Kitchen)

About the role

The Steward supports the culinary team at The Ned Doha by maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. This role ensures all dishware, utensils and equipment are properly cleaned, stored and ready for use, complying with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing and storage area.
• Support kitchen operations by keeping workstations and surfaces hygienic and ready for use.
• Follow all sanitation and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with the receipt and storage of kitchen supplies when needed.
