Stock Coordinator

About the role

The Stock Coordinator ensures that merchandise flows smoothly from delivery to the sales floor. You will be the point of contact for receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing products, guaranteeing accuracy and availability for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and count merchandise both physically and electronically to verify accuracy.
• Inspect product quality, report any damages or discrepancies to the store manager.
• Classify, tag, and stock items in the stockroom according to store procedures.
• Assist sales staff with shelf replenishment to maintain constant product availability.
• Maintain vigilance over store security and uphold high housekeeping standards.
• Record inbound and outbound inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Check for missing price tags and report issues promptly.
• Support stock‑take processes and handle heavy lifting of items weighing at least 10 kg.
• Flexibly work extended hours during sales events or festivals.

Required profile

• Physically fit with the ability to lift a minimum of 10 kg repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
• Ability to work flexible hours, especially during peak periods.
• Commitment to store security and cleanliness.
