Store Manager – Beauty & Cosmetics

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead a premium beauty and cosmetics boutique. You will be responsible for delivering an immersive brand experience while driving sales performance and fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, visual standards, hygiene, tester maintenance and overall readiness.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
• Achieve store KPIs such as sales targets, conversion rate, units per transaction and average transaction value.
• Plan and execute in‑store promotions, product launches, sampling and activation events in collaboration with marketing.
• Analyze sales data, monitor product performance and implement action plans to improve results.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Beauty Advisors, Makeup Artists and Skincare Specialists, conducting performance reviews and training.
• Manage inventory, replenishment, shrinkage control and expiry management while ensuring visual merchandising compliance.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, audits and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field (preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of premium beauty products, consultation techniques and customer experience standards.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and lead high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching and problem‑solving abilities.
