Store Operations Leader – tMart Grocery

About the role

We are looking for a Store Leadership professional to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our tMart grocery stores across the MENA region. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth store functioning, from staff management to inventory control, to deliver 30‑minute grocery deliveries at hypermarket prices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage store staff, schedule shifts and ensure routine and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee ordering and store replenishment to avoid out‑of‑stock or overstock situations, collaborating with demand planners.
• Conduct inventory management activities, including stock‑takes and cycle counts, to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Supervise inbound receiving during shifts, ensuring accurate receipt and proper stocking of goods.
• Lead pick‑and‑pack processes to fulfill customer orders efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or grocery store operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail for inventory accuracy and stock management.
