About the role
We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee the daily flow of goods, materials and information from suppliers to customers. The role ensures shipments are on schedule, inventory is accurate and any issues are resolved quickly to keep operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, identify and resolve delays early.
- Maintain stock levels, update database systems and flag low inventory to prevent shortages.
- Communicate with suppliers and shipping companies to confirm delivery dates and troubleshoot problems.
- Prepare reports on delivery speed, order accuracy and shipping costs.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse staff, carriers and the sales team.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator, preferably in Qatar’s food & beverage or QSR sector.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma with relevant work experience or a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or logistics.
