System Completion Operator (Hexagon Software)

About the role

The System Completion Operator will manage and maintain system completion data using Hexagon software throughout the offshore commissioning phase of an oil & gas project in Qatar. The role ensures accurate tracking of mechanical completion, punch‑list items and systemisation data to enable a smooth hand‑over from construction to commissioning and ultimately to operations, supporting key project milestones such as MC, RFSU and RFCC.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update system completion data in Hexagon software.
• Track mechanical completion (MC) status and ensure data integrity.
• Manage punch‑list creation, monitoring and closure.
• Provide systemisation data to support timely hand‑over to commissioning and operations teams.
• Contribute to achievement of project milestones (MC, RFSU, RFCC) while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a System Completion Operator or Coordinator on oil & gas projects.
• Prior offshore commissioning experience.
• Strong understanding of MC, RFSU and RFCC processes and punch‑list management.
• Valid offshore survival certification (BOSIET/OPITO) or willingness to obtain one.
• Willingness to work offshore in Qatar on a rotation schedule.
