Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle at Qatar Fabrication Company. This role focuses on documentation, reporting, agency management, and invoicing to ensure a smooth and compliant hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate end‑to‑end onboarding, preparing offer letters, compliance forms, and coordinating with IT, HR, and other departments for workstation setup and training.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, including candidate applications, interview feedback, contracts, and both physical and digital files.
• Manage agency agreements, track vendor terms, and ensure timely candidate submissions and communication between agencies and hiring teams.
• Prepare purchase requests and service entries for recruitment‑related invoices, verify rates against contracts, and collaborate with finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Generate recruitment reports covering time‑to‑hire, KPI metrics, agency performance, and expense tracking for senior leadership.
• Audit recruitment and onboarding processes for compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Preference will be given to Qatari candidates.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to serve as a point of contact for new hires, agencies, and internal teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage multiple priorities.
