Talent & Culture Supervisor

About the role

Rosewood Doha is seeking a Talent & Culture Supervisor to lead the onboarding experience for new associates. The role ensures a smooth transition for new hires into the hotel’s integrated luxury ecosystem, handling all administrative and benefits enrollment steps.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and oversee all onboarding activities, ensuring completion within established timelines.
• Enroll new associates in required benefits, including QID, medical insurance, life insurance, workmen compensation insurance, Rosewood Benefits Program and other statutory benefits.
• Audit associate profiles in the HRIS (Associate Centre) and update records accurately.
• Prepare and distribute new‑joiner communications.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and verify onboarding documentation.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate benefits enrollment and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage timelines.
• Familiarity with HR processes and statutory requirements in Qatar.
