TDP Coordinator (Roads O&M)

About the role

Egis is seeking a detail‑oriented TDP Coordinator to join its infrastructure management team in Doha. The role focuses on coordinating Traffic Development Plan initiatives and Roads Operations & Maintenance programmes to ensure optimal road performance across Qatar’s transportation network.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor implementation of Traffic Development Plan (TDP) initiatives, aligning them with organisational objectives.
• Manage daily operations and maintenance schedules for road infrastructure, ensuring timely execution and quality compliance.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records related to road maintenance activities, inspections, and performance metrics.
• Analyse maintenance data to identify trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with internal departments, external contractors and government agencies to facilitate smooth O&M coordination.
• Schedule and track maintenance activities, repairs and inspections using project‑management systems.
• Develop and update maintenance work plans based on asset condition assessments.
• Monitor budget allocations and expenditures, providing regular financial reports.
• Conduct site inspections to evaluate road conditions and maintenance needs.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations and communications for senior management and stakeholders.
