Team Lead – Food & Beverage Services

About the role

The Team Lead – Food & Beverage Services will oversee the daily operations of the dining areas at St. Regis Doha, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for coordinating staff, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding safety standards throughout the shift.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver optimal guest experiences.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup of supplies, equipment cleaning, and securing the venue.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Report incidents, accidents, and safety concerns to management and Loss Prevention promptly.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff.
• Maintain uniform standards, protect company assets, and ensure confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related food and beverage experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Completed safety training and relevant certifications.
