Tech Lead – Logistics Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive the design and delivery of AI/ML‑powered logistics solutions. You will lead a cross‑functional engineering team, mentor engineers of all levels, and collaborate closely with product, data science, QA, DevOps, and platform teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team focused on Python applications, AI/ML services, and data‑driven platforms.
• Define short‑, mid‑, and long‑term technical goals and ensure continuous skill growth.
• Architect end‑to‑end AI/ML applications, model‑serving infrastructure, and Python back‑ends.
• Oversee scalable model deployment (REST APIs, streaming pipelines, batch systems) and set standards for feature‑engineering pipelines and MLOps integration.
• Partner with Data Scientists to productionize models, manage versioning, monitoring, and A/B testing.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, automate the ML lifecycle, and reduce technical debt.
• Participate in hiring, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Manage incident response, root‑cause analysis, and reliability monitoring for production ML services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• Experience leading engineering teams in logistics or related domains.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex ML workflows to technical and business stakeholders.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with the ability to justify improvements using metrics.
• Balanced leadership mindset – capable of delegating and hands‑on technical work.
