Technical Coordinator

About the role

The Technical Coordinator will oversee inspection and testing activities across multiple projects and sites, acting as the bridge between technical teams, clients, and management. This role ensures that all work complies with client specifications and regulatory standards while supporting field teams with technical guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inspection and testing schedules for diverse projects and locations.
• Prepare, maintain, and audit inspection reports, certificates, compliance records, and audit trails.
• Review test data and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify non‑conformances, flag issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain technical databases, performance metrics, and certification records.
• Provide technical guidance and resource planning support to inspectors and field teams.
• Coordinate communication across engineering levels and other departments.
• Utilise Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and PDF tools for documentation and collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in inspection, testing, certification, or quality assurance, preferably within TPIA operations.
• Experience in oil & gas or industrial environments.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
