About the role
We are seeking a technically experienced Technical Training Specialist – Electrical to support technical capability development and training programs.
Key responsibilities
- Identify technical skills and competency gaps.
- Develop electrical/technical training plans and programs.
- Coordinate technical training activities and workshops.
- Develop training materials and competency-development content.
- Evaluate technical training effectiveness.
- Liaise with technical departments and training providers.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years' relevant Learning & Development/training experience.
- Strong understanding of technical/electrical training requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination and training-development capabilities.
